Our simple system allows Hosts to set up an account and place an order for a pack to be collected from our partners at Snowflake Laundry (located in Collingwood). Our contactless service allows Hosts, cleaners, or couriers to pick-up and drop off their packs in under 2 minutes – without having to leave their vehicle. We can also offer a range of flexible pick-up and delivery services based on your availability.

How it works
- Create an account.
- Select the rental duration (3 or 7 days).
- Select your packs to suit your bed configuration.
- Select any add-ons* (mattress, pillow, and duvet protectors).
- Select a date and time to either collect your pack from our partners at Snowflake Laundry (contactless rapid collection in Collingwood) or have your pack delivered.
- Upon receiving your pack, make sure your order is correct and all items are present.
- Exchange, return, or arrange collection of all items in the laundry bag provided.

FAQ
Delivery can be arranged via phone to ensure specific details of the pick-up or drop-off location are clear for the drivers.
- One-way (collection of used linen OR delivery of clean linen) – $20 + GST
- Linen changeover (collection of used linen AND delivery of clean linen) – $15 + GST
- Contact us immediately and we will rectify the issue as soon as possible.
- As with any rental service, it is your responsibility to ensure the items are returned in an acceptable state (resulting from normal use). You will be charged the replacement value of any times damaged as a result of on-standard uses, such as cleaning, make-up application/removal and other activities that result in damage to the item.
- The loss/damage fee will be charged to the authorised credit card on the account.
